Would you love an activity for your child that understands that sometimes your child can get sick and that some days you just don’t feel like leaving the house? An activity that doesn’t charge you when you don’t turn up?
Here you go…
Music Time with Shire Kids brings children and carers together in a fun and relaxed environment.
Founded and run by mums, Music Time teaches the basics of movement, coordination, routine recognition all whilst having a truckload of fun!
Sessions are held within local primary schools in The Shire. They have sessions on Monday’s, Wednesday’s, Thursday’s and Friday’s.
All sessions are “drop in” and have “free play” beforehand. Parents love the ability to turn up it when suits them. Because as we all know, kids can get sick. Kids can refuse to get in the car, refuse to get their shoes on, so the last thing you want is to be committed to turning up to something that you’ve already paid for! This is why Music Time works so well and is so popular and has been for over 4 years now.
Music Time with Shire Kids was developed by an occupational therapist who also helps run the sessions. Her background allowed her to use her skills and knowledge to develop a program which is not only engaging but teaches an array of life skills whilst the children have fun with their parent or carer.
Music Time is developed to be inclusive of all children and carers regardless of ability or disability.
So if you’re looking for an activity for your child why not give Music Time a go?
